Everything went well except for a delay with the appraiser’s report. My loan officer, Tyler Oakley, reached out to the VA to inform them the appraiser did not meet the 10 day requirement to complete the appraisal. The final report was received very soon after Tyler was informed of the delay and took action.

I'm not easily impressed; I was impressed with VU. I've personally purchased several properties requiring mortgages as well as working with mortgage companies with my real estate clients (I was a realtor) over the years. VU superseded all those companies with their excellent customer service. I would recommend any veteran looking to buy property contact VU. They even have resources in place to help those with the desire to purchase, but aren't quite ready yet, due to credit issues. You can expect to experience a smooth transaction. VU is the best.
The entire team was helpful through a long and drawn out home buying process, I took numerous months to find what I wanted and the team made sure I was informed and answered any questions on anything i may have been confused or misinformed about.
