I would highly recommend Veterans United to family and friends. I’ve actually already recommended Shawn Hall to a few of my friends. This was my first home buying experience and I really didn’t know what to expect. Shawn Hall was phenomenal! He was very attentive, he made sure I understood everything that was going on and set my expectations well. He is very passionate about helping people and that showed thought the whole process. His communication was top tier! My situation was different because we were supposed to close on one house and it fell through due to the seller, however Shawn was extremely positive and guided us through and we closed on the second home. Shawn did make me feel like a number that most lenders would make you feel like. He made me feel like a person that deserved the home that I wanted and made sure to do all that he could to make sure I was taken care of and for that I am truly grateful!
