The only issue I would address is buyer education. Although you have the educational videos I wouldn’t leave it to the buyer to review them. I would make it a requirement on the to do list to review those videos.

The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them.
