Doug and Ashlyn were superstars during this 7 month long process! Yes…I said 7 months! However, that had nothing to do with them or VU. The personal process I was going through was nebulous to say the least. Both Doug and Ashlyn were patient and always readily available to answer any questions I had. Furthermore, the communication was better than I could have ever expected! From Doug and Ashlyn’s direct text messaging to the seamless internet experience through VU’s intuitive and easy to understand website; I never once felt lost, ignored, or confused. Great work done because of the great people behind it…Doug and Ashlyn!!! The absolute definition of consummate professionals!! Thank you both so very much!!!

The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I found a great little place and my team really came through for me to make it mine!!!
I'd never heard of Veterans United before and only tried it out based on the verbal recommendation of a fellow service-member while talking in the p-way. Otherwise, I just would have gone with USAA or whatever Google threw at me. My wife and I quickly noticed how different and welcoming the Veterans United team performed.
