The only negative feedback I have is that loan processing officers should coordinate better with Holidays so that Title Companies will be able to process on time and not cause uneccesary delays. Other than that, they did a great job.

Just about every part of my experience with Veterans United was top notch. First, the Loan Team confirmed for me that my VA benefit had not lapsed or been removed because of a loan issue on my first ever home 40+ years ago. This was something I did not know. Second each person, from the Realtor, to the Loan Concierge, to the Loan Coordinator, to the Loan Officer, to the Underwriters were all fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient answering every question.
