Can definitely find better rates at a different lender. Felt taken advantage of and communication was also not the best!

Veterans United was great to work with! The process was very easy. The faster you get the items they request the faster the process works. I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them! Ashton Graf was awesome!! She made the entire home buying process less stressful and easy to understand. She went above and beyond what she had to. This is the second time I have used Veteran's United for financing my home. Kennedy Kugle was my loan officer the first time and he provided exceptional services, very respectful personality and caring throughout the complete loan process. This time as well Kennedy was my loan officer and as expected his exceptional service provided but this time it was Outstanding and pure delight. Starting with the loan inception through to the closing date he set a record of 13 days total closing time. As if he didn't do enough already, while I am overseas, he miraculously stepped up much further by working with American Title to ensure that I closed with electronic signature's and via a video teleconference with a notary public for documents to me signed under oath. Kennedy Kugle is the best loan officer I have ever worked with in mortgage loans, with his contributions of exceptional care for Veterans United complements the reputation of the companies' great professional and ethical standards and should be considered for a nice bonus for his faithful services. Kennedy, Maria and I thank you immensely for our experience a second time with you.

Working with Veterans United was such a huge blessing! I got introduced to Ryan back in May when initially trying to pre-approve for a home. I was in the process of moving back home due to the pandemic so I was jobless and without a steady income. The only income I had was disability and at the time it wasn’t enough to qualify. Ryan told me what I needed to qualify and within weeks (nothing but God!) I was at 100% disability. This and only this allowed me to pre-qualify. Ryan was with me the whole time. He told me about my credit and what to do to maintain the score. His team of people was great and held my hand. Sidebar: This is my first home and though it’s a blessing to receive disability, I had to go through some things to be awarded it. Nevertheless, a furloughed job, living with my parents, and collecting unemployment for close to a year was all worth the wait of walking into a newly built home. Thank you, Ryan and your awesome team for giving me a place of refuge and peace.
