The process was fast and convenient. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend the VA for a home mortgage, but ask for Ross Mc Clanahan, he will guide you in the right direction.

It was not clear that the payment would remain the same even if I prepaid and that I would just be shortening the life of the loan.

With my limited finances I was doubtful at times. But Jason and the team made it work for me. My realtor, Mason Harward was akin to an old friend, honest and looking out for me.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Taylor and Jennifer were wonderful. Very satisfied with my home refinancing. There was a few delays from others that we had no control of.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
