Communication at the end was a mess. Nothing to do with Aaron or Mike. They were both great. Title and who came out for the closing seemed to not know anything.
The overall experience was awesome. From start to finish, I felt as if my loan was the only one being worked. From updates on the loan process to getting my insurances, the experience was A1.
Alex and the rest of the team were awesome from beginning (2021 when I worked with Scott to get my credit fixed ) to Alex and Beth helping me through to the end ! From the first phone call to the final closing phone call it was a great experience. No call was unanswered or unreturned. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Each team member was informative and friendly. I was initially told how the process would work and that I would have contact information for everyone involved in case we had questions. I was encouraged to call and ask anytime. The timelines were all met and in fact it was finished ahead of time. I would highly recommend using Veterans United.
