What can I say about Veterans United. My gift from our Creator is Veterans United. This is my second home, my first home buying experience was tough, I jumped through hoops backward and forward. Now Veterans was an amazing adventure for yours truly ME. They are very,very good at what they do. The whole process was a breeze. They helped me through all phases of the loans which was done at record time. Hard to believe, I think not. If I dld not understand something they were available to listen, and make it where i understood everything even if I asked twice. Amy Carder is excellent she really know her stuff. Their network really work well together. They have someone for everything one needs. Last but not at all least Mr. Melvin Belsarvis is to me a one in a million my broker. With a caveat that it would be easier if you are NOT trying to sell a house at the same time trying to get a loan on a new place. Excessive number of "to-do". If all those things were listed at one time instead of bringing them up over WEEKS/MONTHS.

I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
