Class Description: This 3-hour CE class is designed to provide real estate license holders with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program, the two most used home loans for Texas military veterans. This class covers in-depth VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that Real Estate Agents can better assist military homebuyers or sellers who receive VA offers on their homes.
