I usually only like to deal with people in person and was nervous about them being in Austin but its like they were right next door. They always returned my phone calls, answered all my questions, and helped me out. They were a blessing.
Overall experience = very strong. Only negative was when timelines fell apart & pushed closing a few times that influence could more proactive to encourage parties (i.e., appraiser) to meet dates (i.e, be squeaky wheel even when have little control).
Chad Bowman and Ryan Bray made the loan process very easy. They kept me informed all the way through the process. I could have asked for a better experience.
The staff was very inept at collecting the necessary documents which were all submitted at the same time as the application process. It seems they had no idea what was required for a loan at was to be titled in a trust. Surely that isn't that unusual
