kept asking for documents we already sent time and again, plus you asked for to much, I have already applied for received and paid off one VA loan for 100,000 dollars in MS, that should have been enough to get this loan done.
The process took way too long. From the loan specialist to the lender, it seemed either they were lacking the experience or they had to large of a work load to give the appropriate attention.
Long process since I build a new house. But well worth the wait the Austin team put everything in high gear in order for me to close on the target date they did an outstanding job
The whole process was reactively managed and not proactive. Communication was poor when documents and information was needed. Being a VA loan specialist, I would have anticipated a complete list of required information from us and more follow ups when they were not receiving the required informatiin, such as waiting almost 3 weeks for a statement from my bank which took me 20 minutes to get once I was told they were waiting for it.
The entire VU team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They were there to answer every question and find a solution to every issue.
