Ryan Bray who was the person who was my direct contact is an outstanding individual and was fast and very responsive to any problem or question I had; typically responding within a few hours of my email or immediately if I called him.

Horrible process, horrible communication, constantly having to resend everything and when we jumped thru there hoops they changed them and had to do it agai . Costing my money to pay for thing again. I could go on and on but I have run out of space
Yall closed in less than a month working through Thanksgiving and Christmas. It took another company from August 19th until November 20th and they accomplished nothing.
There were times when us being the customer where the last to know. I understand that this is normal when getting documents ready for closing . It would be great to let customers know if there not closing the day before and not the day of .
