Joking aside, new schools, new day care, new job xfr, new city, utilities,... it definitely tests your frustrations. For me, given the time crunch, everyday became important and tasks needed to be completed to reach the next hurdle.

Long story short, false promises and the close date and rates kept changing even when I had paperwork ready to make the commitment (my frustrations peaked).
