The only issue I would address is buyer education. Although you have the educational videos I wouldn’t leave it to the buyer to review them. I would make it a requirement on the to do list to review those videos.

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. I would think the use of docusign might sped things up? my last refie in 2020 used it a lot, still had to physically close. maybe its the VA? My second go with VA loan Guarentee.Also you need redundancy built into your servers.. auto fall over to secondary server..Durel
