I stated from the start that I didn't want escrow and they had it set up for escrow. then there was a hassle with the house insurance. Then a buy down that I was not told about. then I had to come up with more money than I was told. The cash to close was changed at least three times.

The staff was superb to work with. Whenever we needed to complete a task we would know immediately.
