Veterans United made the home buying process easy. Chad Bowman and his team were great at communicating with me throughout the process. The website made collecting and submitting the required documents a breeze. It was a very smooth process and I would highly recommend Veterans United to my fellow veterans.
They moved super fast to help us get funded, due to our lease being done. We were pre-qualified and funded in a little over 30 days, which upon talking to other loan companies said it wasn't possible. Super helpful throughout the entire process. As well as their online website was very easy to upload documents and keep us in the loop with the process of the approval. It was the first time my husband used his VA loan, this is a loan company I would recommend to other vets that are hesitant because of fear of how complicated, Veteran United makes it super streamed lined.

Chad got us started and his team got it done. Ryan was amazing, responding to questions and changes even on weekends and evenings. This is the second home we bought with the first through USAA. While that was a good purchase as well it pales in experience to how VU's team takes care of you. Highly recommend Chad and Ryan at VU. It was the kind of service you expect when you have family helping.

Veteran's United has a great team of people working for them. My concerns were addressed & answered in a timely fashion. They have great communication with each other and everyone else throughout the loan process. I appreciated the extra info they sent to help make sure we stayed on track to be able to close. Not stray into something like a vehicle loan that may have compromised our ability to get the home loan we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
