Branch Manager Chad Bowman proudly served on active duty in the Marine Corps infantry before graduating with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He has specialized in VA loans since 2004 and opened the first Texas branch of Veterans United in early 2014. Chad’s role on our team is to get the VA home loan benefit to as many veterans as possible and to teach Texas real estate agents how VA loans really work. Overall the process was great. The team got me a preapproval letter quickly allowing us to get an offer in quickly on our new home. Only issue was some confusion on closing costs initially, but that was remedied quickly. I would recommend providing customers suggestions on how to reduce closing costs early in the process.
