Outstanding customer service! The webpages are easy to navigate and no question went unanswered for more than 24 hours...most often questions were answered within 2 hours!
Ryan and his team was wonderful doing the whole process answering a lot of of My Wife and my questions of things we did not understand at the time. They was very fast on getting all the paperwork done in a timely matter.
Everything was great. The team at Veterans United are very thorough. My only criticism is files and papers being requested at the last moment of the week or day, pushing the closing out.
