I'm still unhappy over the well & septic inspections. I don't know why they were not on the TODO list when the pest inspection was. I could have gotten them & we could have closed on time. Why bother having a TODO list if some of the important stuff you have to have to close isn't on there? That delayed our closing from the 31st to the 6th.

I received three different amount for closing costs in just a couple hours. after the second amount i asked for the final amount so I could go to the bank for the certified check. I received and amount , got the check from my bank and the a couple hours later the amount changed again and increased. I had to work that night and would not be able to get another check. This caused a lot of undue stress on my wife and myself.
