This was an overall good experience. Bumpy start as my original Loan Officer was not familiar with Texas Loans and the Veterans United Loan Board (VLB) and the reduced rate, especially for Disabled Veterans, but once the Loan was reassigned to a Texas Veterans familiar with the VLB, things moved very fast.
Ryan is the best to work with. His entire team makes the process seamless and stress-free. We have been VU customers for over 13 years and always stick with the same loan officer. We highly recommend Amanda D. in Tennessee and Ryan Bray in Texas! The best in the business.
In May/June of 2026 we used Veterans United for a second time when my wife and I sold our home and purchased our second home. The first time was in 2016. It was Chad, Ryan and their team that assisted us both times. The level of service and communication was beyond amazing and we appreciate their team more than words can express. The process both times was seamless and painless. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
