There were many frustrating moments during the process of buying this home, not necessarily the team's fault but they were very patient, quick to respond and get documents processed through or given to me to be able to complete my part. They also always answered my little and big questions untill I understood everything.
Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. And fought for our best interests when the seller was committed to their own best interests. I’d recommend Rachel and Veterans United in a heartbeat.
My experience with Veterans United, and in particular with Jeff Magsamen and his team, has been phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and they have unequivocally earned my trust and respect. Based on my experience over the last several years (which includes a VA loan, a VA loan refinance at a lower rate, and I don't know how many questions in between), I can't image doing business with anyone else, and I hope I never have to.

Honestly underwriting is stressful with anyone but they made it easy and were on top of it! I also really enjoyed the house warming gift I received in the mail based off of a short conversation I had with one of the staff early on in the process. So cool!!! I was not expecting it!! I overall felt like I was getting taken care of the whole way till closing. Great people over there.

As a first time home buyer I was apprehensive with process for buying a house with the VA loan but once I applied to Veterans United I felt like I was carried through the process with everything that I needed and felt assured that I was in good hands from that point on.
