Amy and her team were top notch! From beginning to end communication was clear and concise, there was never any "gray areas". They helped to streamline the process, there's not enough O's in smooth to describe how smooth everything went. If I could give Amy and her team an 11/10 I would!

What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.

A very tedious loan application process

Lily was very helpful, the underwriting process with Suzanne was exceptionally tedious.
I have had a few mortgages and have not been through this lengthy process.
It was a quick 3 week process and frustrating as a well qualified buyer with 1/2 the equity to the property.


This was my third Mortgage through Veterans United Home Loans. Every time has been made so simple and easy for me even while transitioning from Active Duty to retirement, and while purchasing a home after changing jobs and moving to a different state.
