I commend the extraordinary work of my Loan Officer, Bailey Ganz and Loan Coordinator, Ofelia Clements regarding my VA home loan refinance. This team provided a "standard of excellence" that was truly life changing. My refinance was not a simple file, it involved a difficult title issue. Ms Ganz and MS Clements did not simple "manage" my file; they championed it. They provided exceptional and consistent advocacy, daily supportive communication, and a commitment to my best interest. It was evident at every turn that they were not just closing a loan, but we're dedicated to my best interest as a veteran. I was well informed at every step of the process. My loan officer, Brandon, lied and didn't do his job correctly, and here I am, over 2 months after my loan closed, cleaning up the sloppy job. I will never do business with this company again, and I will warn anyone I speak to against using this company. Previously, I had suggested you to people, and two of my children have used you to buy homes. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!

They were great at first but due to the 3 month delay on house issues they didn't respond to a request i made 3 different times. They just kinda forgot about me it seems.
