Kayla, part of our loan team, was very difficult to get in touch with. She rarely answered the phone or returned calls and seemed to only want to communicate through emails. She also sent documents for us to sign at the last minute and then pressured us to sign them ASAP without giving us reasonable time to review and sign.

Outstanding job of getting me through the process Thomas in underwriting, fantastic communication, great personality always on top of everything. It was difficult for us in our 70's to do everything online, but with Samantha and Jennifer's guidance we managed. Doing a loan long distance was hard but worth it in the long run.
