Military service runs deep in his family, with his father, uncle (Vietnam), grandfather (WWII), and great-grandfather (WWI), all having served honorably in the U.S. Army. Steve is a graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos, and he lives in Buda with his wife and their four children.
